I was nervous to see if I had set everything up correctly according to the joining instructions I received a few days ago. But in the end, I shouldn\u2019t have been nervous because everything went smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 26 of us in the Zoom session, and everything worked perfectly. The training ran from 9 AM until 5 PM, with a lunch break and a few tea breaks. Simon, the trainer, gave a great overview of the course ahead and answered all the questions we had.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Day One \u2013 What Did We Cover?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After introductions and getting everyone settled, we jumped straight into <strong>Cyber Security Fundamentals<\/strong>, followed by <strong>Networking Fundamentals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of the day, my brain was fried\u2014it\u2019s been many years since I last had to study! It was a lot of information, so I\u2019ll need to put in some study time before the next session to really lock that knowledge in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall,<strong> <\/strong>I\u2019m really impressed with my first class!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My First Sunday of Virtual Training Today was the first Sunday of my virtual training, which was held on Zoom.
